Deliveries can be prepared in disposable aluminum trays free of charge. Paper plates, plastic serving spoons and forks, plastic utensils, paper plates and napkins, chopsticks, can also be supplied at no charge upon your request. Fortune cookies and soy sauce are automatically included with all catering orders, all other sauces and condiments must be requested seperately. If you require a formal dining set up, deliveries can be prepared and served in stainless steel chafers and serving utensils can be had a the following rates:

Chafers (1 set includes cover, food pan, water pan, stand, 2 fuel holders, 2 sternos, serving spoon or tongs)     $5.00 per set

Ceramic Serving Plates      $0.50 per piece

Stainless Steel Dinner Forks      $0.35 per piece

Cloth Napkins      $0.25 per piece

Table Cloths      $3.00 and up per piece

Tables      $5.00 Each
